All you need to do is to select the products you wish to order & we will deliver all the products directly from our store.

Super Organic Market is operated by Super Organic Market Retail Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013.

You will find a wide range of products across multiple categories including cooking essentials, child care, personal and home care, snacks, dryfruits and superfoods among others.

You can click the Shop by Category button on the Home Page to  get a complete view.  

You can sign up / register right from our home page itself. Visit and click on Sign Up to register yourself.  

No, there are no registration charges. You can begin shopping right away.

Each contact number and email address can only be linked to one account. If you plan to get orders delivered to multiple addresses, you can add multiple address under the My Account section.

Yes, you can have multiple addresses. Simply add a new address in the My Account section after you login. You can add up to 5 addresses. 

We are now shipping to more than 17,000 pincodes across India. This can be checked by selecting your location pincode on the home page.

No, there is no minimum order value. However, if you shop below INR 499, a delivery fee of INR 35 will be levied which may change from time to time.

In certain cases, there may be a capping limit to the quantity per item which you may be able to order. This may be done in case the inventory of the product is low and to ensure availability for more customers.

After placing an order, you will see an order confirmation screen with the details. In case you miss this for any reason, you may also refer to My Orders within the My Account section to review and order you have placed with us.

Currently, we are unable to provide this feature. Once the order has been placed you will not be able to edit or cancel it.

You can track your order’s status by clicking the Help button in "My Orders" Section.

If any product is out of stock, it will be mentioned on the product page as “out of stock”.

While we always try our best to ensure availability of all the products we sell, sometimes it might take longer to restock the products. You can drop us a message on chat or reach out to our support team if you cant find something you are looking for.

Once an order is placed successfully, it cannot be cancelled.

We source all our products directly from the selected brands or their authorized distributors. We also have stringent controls in place to ensure hygienic storage conditions and packaging quality standards are met and exceeded so that you receive only the best quality products.

Sorry, you will not be able to change the address after placing an order.

We charge a delivery fee of INR 35 for every order below INR 499. Orders amounting to INR 499 and above will be shipped with free delivery.

Delivery timeline varies across locations. Most of the locations we serve get orders delivered in 2-3 days. You will be able to check the estimated delivery date on the checkout page before you complete payment. We are working towards reducing these timelines.

In such a case, you can request someone on your behalf (maybe a friendly neighbour) to receive the order on your behalf.

You can return a product if you receive a damaged/expired/wrong product. While these are rare occurrences, mistakes do happen and our team will sort out the issue for you.

In case you receive a damaged/expired/wrong product, you can raise a return / refund request within 24 hours from the delivery of the shipment.

You can raise a return / refund request by visiting the My Orders section. You would need to upload a picture of the product highlighting the issue to proceed with the return / refund. Our Support Team is always ready to help you out in case you need help.

We aim to close refund requests within 24 to 48 Hours. Refunds typically take 5-7 days to reflect in your account. Refund will be credited into the original mode of payment.

We have multiple payment options ranging from Credit / Debit cards, UPI, E-Wallets, Internet Banking among others. You can select your mode of payment after the checkout page.

Yes, we do offer Cash on Delivery (COD). However, we encourage online payments in line with our effort to minimize contact in the entire ordering and delivery process. You can choose from a wide range of online payment options and select a mode which you are most comfortable with. Watch out for various offers from time to time.
